A responsibility chart says who owns what, then sits in a shared drive. Talk it through live instead: Medi runs the cross-functional discussion and writes down the owner, the risks and the next steps before anyone leaves.

Meet Medi, your co-facilitator
You can't run the room and be in it. Medi runs it for you.
Someone has to guide the conversation, structure the discussion and keep the session on track. Medi does that, out loud, so you stay in the conversation instead of managing it.
01
Holds the structure
Medi moves the session through each step, so no one has to referee and the discussion doesn't wander.
“Let's park that and come back to it.”
02
Brings in every voice
Medi guides participation and draws in the quiet people, so the loudest person doesn't decide by default.
“Lena, what are we missing?”
03
Challenges assumptions
Before anyone votes, Medi asks what would have to be true and flags the risks and blind spots.
“Do we know that, or are we hoping?”
04
Writes it down live
Ideas, decisions, risks and next steps are captured on the canvas while you talk. Nobody takes minutes.
“Who owns this, and by when?”

The question
How do we make the e-bike fleet profitable in year one?
We decided
Switch from per-minute rides to a subscription with field battery swaps.
Why: commuters ride daily and churn less, and swaps cut the biggest cost line. Strongest option on the wall, 3 of 3 votes.

Questions
Before your first session
Can I try Medi for free?
Yes. Explore a live session on your computer without signing up or entering a card. Create a free account to save your work and get 3 full AI sessions for you and one teammate. AI sessions with 3 or more participants require a Team Session.
Do my team members need an account to join a session?
No, guests can join directly via a secure link with no registration required. They can participate fully in the canvas by providing a name.
What is an AI facilitator?
Our AI facilitator acts as an objective guide during live strategy sessions. It leads the conversation verbally, organizes notes on the canvas, identifies themes, and helps your team reach a decision without taking over.
Does Medi work in my language?
Yes. Speak to Medi in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish or Danish and Medi facilitates the whole session in that language. The app's buttons and menus are in English.
How is Methodiq Teams Facilitator different from Facilitator in Microsoft Teams?
Microsoft's Facilitator agent takes notes, tracks the agenda and answers questions in Teams meetings, and it needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Methodiq Teams Facilitator runs the session itself: Medi guides the discussion out loud, works through a framework with your team on a shared canvas, and ends with a decision record. No Microsoft 365 license needed.
Can I use Methodiq with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet?
Yes. Methodiq has video built in, but you can keep your call in Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet and run the session in Methodiq in a browser tab alongside it. There's nothing to install.
Can I export the results of our session?
Yes. When a session ends, Medi writes up the decisions, owners and next steps. You can copy the executive summary and download the canvas as a PNG, and paid sessions export your action items as a CSV ready for Linear, Jira or Asana.
Which frameworks are currently supported?
Four are live now: the Beachhead Matrix to find your ideal customer, the Bullseye Framework to find the channel that reaches them, Business Model Mapping and SWOT Positioning. Tell us what you want to see next.
