1.Introduction

Welcome to Methodiq. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of our website and our AI-facilitated collaboration platform.

Our goal is to democratize strategic collaboration. To do that, we need a set of ground rules. By using Methodiq, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, you can't use our services.

2.Your Account and Live Sessions

To use certain features, you'll need to create an account. You promise to provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately.

Starting or joining a live session, creating an account, or signing in uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, measure performance, and analyze how our platform is used. By starting a session or signing in, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.Acceptable Use

We want Methodiq to be a helpful tool for teams everywhere. To keep it that way, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
  • Try to hack, reverse engineer, or break our systems.
  • Use our AI to generate harmful, abusive, or malicious content.
  • Share your account credentials with others to avoid paying for multiple seats.

4.Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Methodiq platform, including our code, design, logos, and AI models, belongs to us. You can't copy or sell our technology.

Your Content

You own the data and content you input into Methodiq ("Your Data"). You grant us a license to use Your Data to provide the service to you and, in an anonymized way, to improve our AI models (as detailed in our Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership over your strategic plans or session outputs.

5.Plans, Billing, and 100% Money-Back Guarantee

Service Tiers & Pricing

Methodiq offers three distinct tiers: (a) Starter (Free), which includes 3 AI strategy sessions with Medi, duo collaboration (up to 2 participants), and infinite canvas tools; (b) Facilitated Team Session ($299 one-off), which unlocks live multi-user video/audio offsite collaboration and PM CSV exports (Linear/Jira/Notion); and (c) Methodiq Pro ($199/month), providing unlimited team and solo AI strategy sessions.

Pro Subscription Commitment

Methodiq Pro requires an initial 2-month minimum commitment ($398 upfront / $199 per month). Following the initial 2-month period, your subscription automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at $199/month. You can manage your payment methods, view invoices, or cancel renewal anytime via our self-serve Stripe Customer Portal accessible in your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active through the conclusion of your paid billing cycle.

Payment Processing & Currencies

Payment processing is powered securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized payment methods across USD ($), EUR (€), and GBP (£). Your sensitive financial details and card numbers are processed directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification and are never stored on or transmitted through Methodiq servers.

6.Warranties and Liability

The "As-Is" Clause: Methodiq is provided "as is." We work hard to make our AI smart and helpful, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Methodiq won't be liable for indirect damages (like lost profits) or for any amount greater than what you paid us in the last 12 months.

7.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using Methodiq at any time.
