How it works
Your answers first. Then a short talk. Then the board.
Most people start with an idea and work backward. This session starts with you, and with the gap between the business you picture owning and the one you'd actually enjoy building and running day to day.

Answer a short questionnaire
Mostly tap to answer, and you can skip anything. Mark each preference as a must, a preference or flexible, and paste a resume or past ideas at the end if they help.

A short talk with Tedi
Your answers are already on the board, so there's no second interview. Tedi asks what you loved and dreaded in past work, then only the few questions that would change the answer, starting where two of your answers pull against each other.
On the board · 20–30 minutes
Types of business first, then bets
Tedi lays out three to five types of business that fit you, with why each fits, where it doesn't and what to test. You react, the list gets cut down and the favorites turn into concrete opportunities. Every claim about the market stays marked unverified until a test says otherwise.

One to three bets, each with a test
Pick the bets worth a month of your time and agree the cheapest test for each, with a pass line set up front. When one passes, a Beachhead Matrix session picks its first customer.
